On S. side of Forest Lake Rd. , W. of Lower <br /> Sacramento Rd. , N.W. of Acampo. <br /> APPLICANT: Catwil Corporation APN: 003-060-1, 2 & 003-100-1 & 10 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 29 feet NGVD. <br /> Forest Lake Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specification must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-910. 2) <br /> 2 . If improvements referred to herein are not completed prior to <br /> the approval of the Final Map, the subdivider shall execute <br /> an agreement with the County of San Joaquin insuring the <br /> completion of improvements within one (1) year after filing <br /> the Final Map. (Development Title Section 9-1100. 3) <br /> 3 . Buckeye Drive from Forest Lake Road to Davis Road shall be <br /> improved to County Standards for a 50-foot right-of-way rural <br /> road. All cul-de-sac Courts and Drives shall be improved to <br /> County Standards for 50-foot right-of-way rural residential <br /> road. Proof of legal access from river to Davis Road shall be <br /> provided. (Development Title Sections 9-833 . 11, 9-857 . 4) <br />
