Should the [conservation group] fail to post its <br /> response to Grantor's notice within thirty (30) days of its <br /> receipt of said notice, the proposed activity shall automatically <br /> be deemed consistent with the terms of this Conservation Easement, <br /> the [conservation group] having no further right to object to the <br /> activity identified by such notice. <br /> 4 . Consistent Uses. Portions of the Property, as <br /> further delineated herein, are to be devoted to use as homesites, <br /> a golf course, and a cultural resources reserve, and various <br /> support facilities (including lake and water management <br /> improvements, roadways, utilities and buildings to provide <br /> storage, maintenance and group activities) appurtenant thereto. <br /> For these purposes, Use Zones are established on the Property for <br /> the various intended uses as follows , and subject to the following <br /> conditions and restrictions: <br /> A. Residential Use Zones. Twenty-six (26) <br /> single-family homesites and a common recreational facilities <br /> complex may be developed on the Property, in the approximate <br /> locations designated on the attached Exhibit to be more <br /> specifically located in accordance with the Planned District Map <br /> to be approved by the County of San Joaquin. Each homesite shall <br /> be at least one acre in size, or such larger size as is necessary <br /> to comply with the conditions of such Planned District. Such <br /> homesites and common recreational facilities complex shall be <br /> developed in accordance with all conditions imposed by the County <br /> of San Joaquin in conjunction with the CEQA processing of the <br /> applicable permits for the proposed uses of the Property and, in <br /> addition, in compliance with the Resource Plan as -the same may be <br /> finalized and amended from time to time (by the Grantor and the <br /> Grantee) . <br /> Such homesites and the common recreational <br /> facilities complex shall be considered the "Residential Use <br /> Zones. " <br /> B. Golf Course Zone. An eighteen hole golf <br /> course, together with paths and bridges , a clubhouse, a practice <br /> range, and maintenance and storage facilities, may be developed on <br /> the Property, in the location shown on the attached Exhibit <br /> The golf course, and appurtenant facilities, shall be developed in <br /> accordance with the conditions imposed by the County of <br /> San Joaquin in conjunction with the CEQA processing of the <br />
