applicable permits for the proposed uses of the Property a�nd, in <br /> addition, in compliance with the Resource Plan as the same may be <br /> finalized and amended from time to time (by the Grantor and the <br /> Grantee) . <br /> The golf course, including the area measured 25 <br /> yards at right angles from the edge of any tee, green, fairway or <br /> path and including the clubhouse area, the maintenance and storage <br /> buildings and yards, all as designated on Exhibit , shall be <br /> considered the 'Golf Course Zone. " <br /> C. Cultural Resources Zone. That portion of the <br /> Property on which evidence of historical habitation and use by <br /> Native Americans has, or will be, identified, and as currently <br /> best identified in a report dated November 1992 by Bio-Systems <br /> Analysis, Inc. , shall be protected and preserved in accordance <br /> with all conditions imposed by the County of San Joaquin in <br /> conjunction with the CEQA processing of the applicable permits for <br /> the proposed uses of the Property and, in addition, in compliance <br /> with the Resource Plan as the same may be amended from time to <br /> time (by the Grantor and the Grantee) . <br /> Such cultural resources shall be considered the <br /> 'Cultural Resources Zone. " <br /> D. Roadways Zone. Vehicular roadways may be <br /> developed on the Property to serve the homesites and the golf <br /> course, and for access to and maintenance of the property. Such <br /> roadways shall be developed in accordance with all conditions <br /> imposed by the County of San Joaquin in conjunction with the CEQA <br /> processing of the applicable permits for the proposed uses of the <br /> Property and, in addition, in compliance with the Resource Plan as <br /> the same may be finalized and amended from time to time (by the <br /> Grantor and the Grantee) . <br /> Such vehicular roadways shall be considered the <br /> "Roadways Zone. " <br /> B. Natural Zone. The balance of the Property <br /> shall be devoted to the preservation and enhancement of the <br /> natural features of the Property, including its native vegetation <br /> and creatures . Particular care shall be given to the preservation <br /> and enhancement where practical, of appropriate habitat for <br /> Swainson' s Hawk, Sandhill Crane, Giant Garter Snake, Elderberry <br />
