Longhorn Beetle, other rare, endangered, threatened, listed or candidate species, in accordance with all conditions imposed by the County of San Joaquin in conjunction with the CEQA processing of the applicable permits for the proposed uses of the Property and in addition, in compliance with the Resource Plan as the same may be finalized and amended from time to time (by the Grantor and the Grantee) . S. Subsurface oil , Gas & Mineral Exploration, Production and Storage. Exploration for, and production and/or storage of oil, gas and minerals shall be permitted as long as care is taken to avoid disturbance of environmentally sensitive surface areas. Grantor shall consult with the [conservation group] as to the location of any drilling pad, wellhead, pipeline or surface storage vessels or facilities prior to the initiation of any work in connection therewith in order that disturbance of environmentally sensitive areas of the surface of the Property may be minimized by proper location, design and operation of such facilities. 6. Inconsistent Uses. The following uses and practices, though not an exhausted recital of inconsistent uses and practices, are inconsistent with this Conservation Easement, and shall be prohibited on the Property: A. The change, disturbance, alteration, or impairment of or to the mixed riparian forest or other significant conservation interests on the Property, except as provided herein. B. The conversion of native vegetation to new exotic cover species, and/or the introduction of invasive exotic plant or animal species. C. Hunting or trapping, except as may be required or permitted under the Resources Plan for balanced management of the Property. D. The grazing of domestic livestock, except as part of a plan for biological management, consistent with the terms of this Easement and approved by the [conservation group] . E.
