Longhorn Beetle, other rare, endangered, threatened, listed or <br /> candidate species, in accordance with all conditions imposed by <br /> the County of San Joaquin in conjunction with the CEQA processing <br /> of the applicable permits for the proposed uses of the Property <br /> and in addition, in compliance with the Resource Plan as the same <br /> may be finalized and amended from time to time (by the Grantor and <br /> the Grantee) . <br /> S. Subsurface oil , Gas & Mineral Exploration, <br /> Production and Storage. Exploration for, and production and/or <br /> storage of oil, gas and minerals shall be permitted as long as <br /> care is taken to avoid disturbance of environmentally sensitive <br /> surface areas. Grantor shall consult with the [conservation <br /> group] as to the location of any drilling pad, wellhead, pipeline <br /> or surface storage vessels or facilities prior to the initiation <br /> of any work in connection therewith in order that disturbance of <br /> environmentally sensitive areas of the surface of the Property may <br /> be minimized by proper location, design and operation of such <br /> facilities. <br /> 6. Inconsistent Uses. The following uses and <br /> practices, though not an exhausted recital of inconsistent uses <br /> and practices, are inconsistent with this Conservation Easement, <br /> and shall be prohibited on the Property: <br /> A. The change, disturbance, alteration, or <br /> impairment of or to the mixed riparian forest or other significant <br /> conservation interests on the Property, except as provided herein. <br /> B. The conversion of native vegetation to new <br /> exotic cover species, and/or the introduction of invasive exotic <br /> plant or animal species. <br /> C. Hunting or trapping, except as may be required <br /> or permitted under the Resources Plan for balanced management of <br /> the Property. <br /> D. The grazing of domestic livestock, except as <br /> part of a plan for biological management, consistent with the <br /> terms of this Easement and approved by the [conservation group] . <br /> E. Filling, excavating, dredging, mining, <br /> drilling, and the exploration for or extraction of minerals, <br />
