B. To perform such activities on the Property as <br /> the [conservation group] reasonably determines are necessary or <br /> convenient to carry out these rights granted by this Easement, <br /> including without limitation, the construction of fencing, the <br /> safe use of prescribed fire, and the removal of non-native plants. <br /> C. To enter upon the Property to carry out the <br /> rights herein granted, to study and make scientific observations <br /> of its ecosystems, and to determine that Grantor's activities are <br /> in compliance with the terms of this Easement, all upon prior <br /> notice to Grantor and in a manner that does not unreasonably <br /> disturb the use of the Property by Grantor consistent with this <br /> Easement, at the time of such entry. <br /> D. To enjoin any activity on, or use of, the <br /> Property which is inconsistent with this Conservation Easement and <br /> to enforce the restoration of such areas or features of the <br /> Property as may be damaged by such activities. <br /> 8. Remedies. If the [conservation group] determines <br /> that Grantor is in violation of the terms of this Easement or that <br /> a violation is threatened, the (conservation group] shall give <br /> written notice to Grantor of such violation and of any corrective <br /> action necessary to cure the violation and, where the violation <br /> involves injury to the Property resulting from any use or activity <br /> inconsistent with the purpose of this Easement, to restore the <br /> portion of the Property so injured. If Grantor fails to cure the <br /> violation within days after receipt of notice thereof from <br /> the (conservation group) , or under circumstances where the <br /> violation cannot reasonably be cured within a -day period, <br /> or to continue diligently to cure such violation until finally <br /> cured, the [conservation group] may bring an action at law or in <br /> equity in a court of competent jurisdiction to enforce the terms <br /> of this Easement, including damages for the loss of scenic, <br /> aesthetic, or environmental values, and to require the restoration <br /> of the Property to the condition that existed prior to any such <br /> inj ury.. <br /> Enforcement of the terms of this Easement shall be at <br /> the discretion of the (conservation group] , and any forbearance by <br /> the [conservation group] to exercise its rights under this <br /> Easement in the event of any breach of any term of this Easement <br /> by Grantor shall not be deemed or construed to be a waiver by the <br /> [conservation group] of such term or of any of the [conservation <br />
