Acceptance of a Permit <br /> You must notify the Department of Water Resources three days before <br /> construction begins by mailing a pre-addressed start card furnished <br /> by the Board when the permit is issued. This card will contain the <br /> current address and telephone number of the Department of Water <br /> Resoures Flood Project Inspection Section. The beginning of any <br /> work described in the permit constitutes acceptance by the appli- <br /> cant that work will be done in compliance with the general and <br /> special conditions listed in the permit. <br /> Inquiries about procedures or other details may be made to the <br /> staff providing services to The Reclamation Board, 1416 Ninth <br /> Street, Room 455-4, Sacramento, CA 95814, by correspondence, in <br /> person, or by calling (915) 445-9225. Include the Reclamation <br /> Board application number when inquiring about an application. <br /> III-21 <br />
