It is essential that the Study include mitigations, too. <br /> Page 4.2-3. paragraph 3 is incorrect. ADT for certain locations was obtained <br /> from County Staff. No discussion or selection of intersections was conducted 813 <br /> by County staff as indicated in the report. Page 4.2-15, 4.2-1, 20 foot paved roads are min-nom required for access B15 <br /> roads to meet fire requirements. However, parking is prohibited on fire access <br /> roadways. This appears to be in conflict with "Weekend Trip Generation", page <br /> 4.2-14. Recommend that on-site roads be constructed to San Joaquin County B16 <br /> Standards for rural roads as shown on County Standard Drawing R-3. <br /> 2. Page 4.2-19 and 4.2-3, roadway studies and mitigation measures for truck B17 <br /> traffic, during construction must be coordinated with the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Public Works. <br /> 3. Studies and design of proposed bridge across the Mokelumne River must be B18 <br /> coordinated with the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works, California <br /> Department of Fish & Game and the Army Corps of Engineers.
