Be built to last: <br /> 2 Include materials that last with little maintenance- <br /> 3. Be furnished with high-quality, dependable and efficient <br /> appliances. <br /> Education <br /> Any community development that embodies the sustainable approach will need to <br /> educate the users of the area concerning their roles and responsibilities in the <br /> implementation of sustainable living. This should include awareness programs for the <br /> community at large. In this regard, we should: <br /> 1.
