San Joaquin County EHD <br /> February 7 , 2019 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Summary <br /> Motor Guard places the greatest value on the health and wellbeing of our employees , the general <br /> public and the environment and , as such , take the handling and disposal of hazardous materials <br /> generated at our facility very seriously . We welcome the assistance of the Environmental Health <br /> Department in helping us in our compliance . While we are confident that all the wastes generated at <br /> our facility have been properly disposed of, the recent inspection did uncover some deficiencies in our <br /> record keeping , preparedness , container management , labeling and storage of hazardous wastes . <br /> We have taken steps to thoroughly correct these violations by . <br /> a . Taking immediate steps to correct the violations found . <br /> b . Implementing and enforcing policies and procedures to prevent future violations . <br /> Our steps to return to compliance are outlined in the following report and we welcome your comments <br /> as well as your re- inspection of our facility . <br /> Record Keeping I Documentation <br /> Item 110 <br /> At the time of the inspection , one Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest was found without a <br /> corresponding signed -off copy from the destination facility . <br /> On the day of the inspection , we contacted the transporter and obtained a copy signed by the facility . <br /> A copy of this document is attached and has been filed at our facility for your inspection . <br /> Attachments : Addendum 1 <br /> Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest #019676690 JJK <br /> Signed by Designated Facility November 6 , 2018 <br />
