No specific attempt was made to check on the compliance of past or present owners or operators of the site with federal, state, or local laws and regulations, environmental or otherwise. a o In the event that the Client obtains information regarding environmental or r,-:, hazardous substances issues at the site not contained in this report, such ! # information shall be brought to USTEC's attention forthwith.
