(USTEC)has completed the Fourth Quarter 1990 <br /> 1 <br /> Quarterly Monitoring at the Coca-Cola Enterprises -West distribution facility located at 1100 <br /> North Wilson Way,Stockton,California (Figure 1). This monitoring program was authorized <br /> by Mr. Steve McConnell, Division Manager, Occupational/Environmental Safety, Coca-Cala <br /> Enterprises. This is the first report in the quarterly groundwater monitoring program,initiated <br /> in December 1990,to identify fuel organic constituents and their concentrations and to assess the <br /> possible migration path of these constituents throughout the site. <br /> ti. ? This report documents USTEC's observations,Field procedures,analytical methods,results and <br /> conclusions of groundwater monitoring completed to date. <br /> 2.0 GROUNDWATER ELEVATION MEASUREMENT PROCEDURES AND RESULTS <br /> t <br /> This section describes the groundwater elevation measurements and resulting data. <br /> 2,1 GROUNDWATER ELEVATION MEASUREMENT PROCEDURES <br /> The groundwater monitoring activities were performed by USTEC personnel on December b, <br /> i a 1990. The monitoring procedures consisted of measuring the static groundwater elevation and <br /> sampling the groundwater at each of six existing groundwater monitoring wells loc.-ted at the <br /> i a site.
