REMEDIAL ACTION PLAN COCA-COLA ENTERPRISES -WEST DISTItIIIUTION FACILITY 1100 NORTH WILSON WAY STOCKTON,CALIFORNIA k USTEC JOS NO. 90054.03 r t 1.0 INTRODUCTION U.S.Technical Environmental Consulti.1g, Inc. (USTEC) has prepared a Remedial Action Plan ` (RAP) for the inactive Coca-Cola distribution facility located at 1100 North Wilson Way, Stockton, California. The RAP was prepared at the request of Mr. Steven M. McConnell, 1 Division Manager of occupational 'Environmental Safety for Coca-Cola Enterprises-West(CCE- I W) The RAP presents a conceptual remedial system design for remediation of hydrocarbon ! contaminated soils which occurred as a result of a leaking underground storage tank(UST)at may^ the Stockton site. The characteristics of the site are described in USTEC's Contamination } Assessment Report (CAR) dated November 30, 1990. The CAR was approved by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services an February 11,1991. The letter of approval is included I E i in Appendix A. i 1,1 SITE DESCRIPTION The site address was 1100 North Wilson Way,Stockton,California. The facility was located in T.i Section 31,Township 1 North,Range 6 East,San Joaquin County (Figure 1). The property was t bounded by Wilson Way to the west,Roosevelt Street to the south and School Street to the east. A motel and vacant lot were located north of the facility. The site was an abandoned warehouse and distribution facility at the time of USTEC's f assessment. Buildings were present on both sides of an east-west concrete drive with access to Wilson Way and School Streets. A brick two-story office building was located in the southwest -- --- --- property corner.
