Whereas, Licensor owns the real property located at the address commonly known as 525 <br /> West Weber Avenue, Stockton, California, and more specifically described as Assessor <br /> Parcel Number 137-260-15 (the"Subject Property"). <br /> B. Whereas,the Subject Property is developed with an office tower complex and a parking <br /> lot. <br /> C. Whereas, Licensees desire to have a technical consultant engaged by the Licensees enter <br /> the Subject Property for the purpose of performing the work as described in the July 29, <br /> 2004 work plan by SECOR International ("SECOR"),which is entitled"Additional <br /> Assessment Report and Work Plan for Additional Deep Groundwater Zone <br /> 1 <br />
