Assessment,"and the September 3,2004 work plan by SECOR which is entitled <br /> "Addendum to Work Plan for Additional Deep Groundwater Zone Assessment" ("Work <br /> Plans"), attached hereto as Exhibit A. Specifically,Licensees want to drill, install, <br /> develop, and sample: a) five(5)deep zone monitoring wells and b) either three <br /> Geoprobe or CPT direct push borings and up to three (3) additional deep zone monitoring <br /> wells, if required in the Geoprobe or CPT locations, as described in the Work Plans <br /> attached as Exhibit A. Licensees further wish to have their technical consultant enter the <br /> property on a periodic basis to gauge, sample, and inspect groundwater wells MW-18, <br /> MW-19, MW-20,MW-42, and MW-43 which were previously installed pursuant to a <br /> prior work plan dated December 19,2002, as required by the Regional Water Quality <br /> Control Board("RWQCB"). <br /> Now,therefore, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Licensor hereby grants to Licensees and their subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, <br /> contractors and employees a license to enter upon the Subject Property for the <br /> purpose of installing, developing, and sampling: a) five (5) deep zone monitoring <br /> wells and b) either three (3) Geoprobe or CPT direct push borings and up to three <br /> (3) additional wells in those locations if required, as described in the Work Plans. <br /> Licensor also hereby grants to Licensees and their subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, <br /> contractors and employees a license to enter upon the Subject Property for the <br /> purpose of performing periodic monitoring of the groundwater monitoring wells <br /> on the Subject Property. <br /> 2. This license shall commence upon the execution of this Agreement and shall <br /> expire: (a)with respect to the license to perform work necessary to implement the <br /> 2 <br />
