Work Plans(specifically, installing,developing, and sampling of five (5)deep <br /> zone monitoring wells and either three(3)Geoprobe or CPT direct push borings, <br /> and up to three(3) additional deep zone monitoring wells in those locations if <br /> required), at 12:00 midnight ninety(90)days after access is granted; and(b) with <br /> respect to the license to perform work necessary to conduct periodic monitoring <br /> of groundwater monitoring wells MW-1 S,MW-19,MW-20,MW-42, and MW-43 <br /> and any newly installed wells(as described above),on June 30,2006. Upon <br /> written request of Licensees received prior to expiration, Licensor may extend the <br /> dates of expiration set forth above. <br /> 3. Licensees will provide Licensor's on-site manager with reasonable notice prior to <br /> any visit to the Subject Property to conduct the work described in the Work Plan. <br /> Licensor agrees to cooperate with Licensees' consultant and its agents and <br /> contractors in their efforts to conduct the work described in the Work Plan. Such <br /> cooperation includes providing Licensees with an access card allowing them to <br /> pass through the parking lot gate at the Subject Property. <br /> 4. Licensees and their contractors shall obtain any and all permits required by the <br /> City of Stockton, the County of San Joaquin or any other governmental entity <br /> needed to allow Licensees to perform their work at the Subject Property. <br /> Licensor shall cooperate with and assist Licensees as necessary to obtain such <br /> permits. Copies of all permits shall be sent to Licensor prior to entering the <br /> Subject Property. <br /> 5. Licensees and their contractors, at no costs to Licensor,shall appropriately <br /> containerize, label, remove, and dispose of any and all barrels and other <br /> 3 <br />
