0 0 <br /> on the status of the operation of the interim remediation system as described in the <br /> IRAP. Nothing in this section is intended to alter previous License Agreements <br /> related to the ongoing periodic groundwater monitoring and sampling of existing <br /> groundwater monitoring wells. <br /> 3. Licensees and their contractors shall obtain any and all permits required by the <br /> City of Stockton, the County of San Joaquin or any other governmental entity <br /> needed to allow Licensees to perform their work at the Subject Properties. <br /> Licensor shall cooperate with and assist Licensees as necessary to obtain such <br /> permits. Copies of all permits shall be sent to Licensor prior to entering the <br /> Subject Properties. Licensees shall leave a voice mail message with Katherine <br /> Walker of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Stockton at 209-937-8811 <br /> prior to entering the Subject Properties under this Agreement. Once the <br /> remediation system is installed and fully operational, Licensees shall submit a <br /> document to Licensors verifying that noise levels from the remediation system do <br /> not exceed 60 decibels at the property line. <br /> 4. Licensees and their contractors, at no costs to Licensor, shall appropriately <br /> containerize, label,remove, and dispose of any and all barrels and other <br /> containers or other accumulations of, without limitation,drill cuttings, fluids,and <br /> other products of the work. Said removal and/or disposal of all barrels and other <br /> containers or other accumulations shall occur within four(4)to eight(8)weeks <br /> following completion of the work(assuming weather conditions allow for access <br /> to the site). Licensees shall be fully responsible for said removal and/or storage. <br /> Specifically,Licensees and their agents, contractors and employees, shall <br /> 3 <br />
