0 0 <br /> maintain all barrels,containers and accumulations within a secured fenced area on <br /> the property and Licensees shall within 24 hours of notice,repair any damage to <br /> the fencing and/or integrity of the secured area so as to prevent access and/or <br /> tampering by unauthorized persons. No products of the work shall remain on the <br /> Subject Properties following expiration of this Agreement. <br /> 5. In consideration of the grant of this license,Licensees agree to indemnify, defend <br /> and hold Licensor harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, causes <br /> of action, claims, liabilities, costs, and expenses(including reasonable attorneys' <br /> fees and court costs), claimed against, suffered or incurred by Licensor as a result <br /> of, directly or indirectly,the conduct of the work on or entry upon the Subject <br /> Properties by Licensees or their agents, contractors, employees, and invitees. <br /> 6. Prior to entering the Subject Properties or conducting any work on the Subject <br /> Properties, Licensees or their contractors shall provide to Licensor,an insurance <br /> certificate and endorsement, in a form acceptable to Licensor(and approved by <br /> the City of Stockton's Risk Management Division), and demonstrating the <br /> following minimum coverages which shall remain in effect during any and all <br /> entries of the Subject Properties and during the term of this License: general <br /> liability of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury,personal <br /> injury and property damage, combined single limit and$1,000,000 aggregate <br /> limit; Workers Compensation coverage pursuant to state law. Said endorsement <br /> shall name Licensor as an additional insured. Approval of the Risk Management <br /> Division is required prior to entry upon the Subject Properties. <br /> 4 <br />
