Sonora Site and the 345 S. Madison Site. We have also set up a regular
schedule to have our hazardous material picked up every 6 months (May and November), as well as
having our Universal and Electronic Waste picked up every December.
1. 345 S. Madison Site
#108
Location: West Weld Shop
Material: Grinding shavings and dust
Action: We will be sweeping up and collecting all shavings and dust in containers which will be
sealed at all times, with the exception of filling up the container with said material. Upon
collection of what we determined to be a collective sample, we sent it in to be tested at
McCampbell Analytical. We are currently awaiting the results and will send a
corresponding e-mail as to the actions we have taken once those results come in.
C:\Docoments and Settings\srivera\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLKI h1tesponse to 11 nov 11 notice to comply.doc Page 1 of 4 Created on 12/5/20118:32:00 AM
