2. 345 S. Madison Site <br />#119 <br />Issue: Not using our second EPA ID number (CAD982348930) when disposing of hazardous <br />waste from the 123 W. Sonora site. <br />Action: From now on, we will use the EPA ID number from their respective site when we dispose <br />of our hazardous waste. <br />3. 345 S. Madison Site <br />#404 & 605 <br />Location: Hazardous Waste Storage Area <br />Issue: 55 gallon steel drum without bungs and not labeled <br />Action: Drum was labeled and bungs were placed on the drum. <br />4. 345 S. Madison Site <br />#404 & 605 <br />Location: Hazardous Waste Storage Area <br />Issue: Overflowing absorbent material improperly stored and not labeled <br />Action: The overflowing absorbent was collected and placed in a sealable bucket and labeled <br />with the proper hazardous material information. <br />5. 345 S. Madison Site <br />#404 & 605 <br />Location: Hazardous Waste Storage Area <br />Issue: Un -containerized used paint filters and not labeled <br />Action: A sealable container was created and the used paint filters were placed in them. The <br />container was labeled with the proper hazardous waste information. <br />6. 345 S. Madison Site <br />#404 & 605 <br />Location: Paint Booth <br />Issue: Open metal can of paint waste and not labeled <br />Action: The paint waste was sealed and labeled with the proper hazardous waste information. A <br />sample was sent into McCampbell Analytical to determine if the waste is indeed <br />hazardous. We are currently awaiting the results and will send a corresponding e-mail as <br />to the actions we have taken once those results come in. <br />7. 345 S. Madison Site <br />#804 & 808 <br />Location: Dock <br />Issue: Used fluorescent bulbs and electronic waste improperly stored and not labeled <br />Action: The electronic waste was removed via EWASTE4GOOD. The fluorescent bulbs were <br />wrapped up, boxed, and labeled.
