Supervisor Robert Nascimento is unsure how oily rags generated from the maintenance shop are <br /> being managed. Facility lacked a drum for hazardous waste oily solids. Oily liquids have been left to <br /> accumulate in the 55 gallon blue plastic drum where the stinger for transferring liquids is stored. Any <br /> person who generates a waste shall determine if the waste is a hazardous waste. Immediately make a <br /> hazardous waste determination for any wastes generated, and manage it according to Title 22 hazardous <br /> waste regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how these wastes are <br /> managed by 8-15-14. <br /> 126. Consolidated manifest dated 2-27-14 by Ramos Environmental with service order# 142790 did not <br /> have listed the customer E.P.A. ID# CAL000248288. Consolidated manifest receipts must contain <br /> complete information including the hazardous waste generator's E.P.A. ID#. Correct immediately by <br /> ensuring that the consolidated manifests are completed with all the required information. <br /> E.P.A.
