An emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information had retired employees who <br /> no longer worked at this facility listed as the emergency coordinator and alternate emergency <br /> coordinator. There must be at least one emergency coordinator on site or on call to coordinate <br /> emergency response measures, and the following information must be posted by a phone: the name <br /> and phone number of the emergency coordinator; location of fire extinguishers, spill control equipment, <br /> and if present, fire alarm; and the phone number of the fire department, unless the facility has a direct <br /> alarm. During the inspection the modified emergency contingency plan was updated with the names of <br /> current employees for the emergency coordinator position. Ensure that the modified emergency <br /> coordinator information is kept current and the required information is kept posted by a phone. <br /> 9999. HSC 25404(e)(4) Electronic submittal requirement on the California Electronic Reporting <br /> System(CERS) has not been met. Facility has marked no for the Aboveground Storage Tank(AST) <br /> program. This program must be marked yes since the facility has an AST capacity to store liquid <br /> petroleum products greater than 1,320 gallons. Facility shall submit electronic information for hazardous <br /> materials management system, including Hazardous Waste, AST, and UST on the CERS website which <br /> can be found at http://cers.calepa.gov/.
