Supporting documentation including copies of Hazardous Waste <br /> manifests, work orders and photographs are enclosed and referenced. <br /> MUD Tertiary Facility —CAL EPA#CAL000280827 <br /> Item Violation- Citation of non-compliance <br /> # Notes- Inspector's notes about what specific item(s) are non-compliant <br /> Response - City of Stockton, MUD response to non-compliant item. <br /> V Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> 1. Spill pallets at Hydroxide &Alum tanks have dried spillage, clean up. <br /> N 2. 5-gallon bucket with oily liquid in front of C12 building. <br /> 10 3. Old paint cans in Flammable cabinet need disposal. <br /> 1. clean up at each unloading, photo#1 b, #2b, #3b to show cleanup <br /> R 2. contents of bucket dumped into waste-oil ConVault by maintenance <br /> 3. old paint removed, see manifest#002390047JJK <br /> V Managed a hazardous waste without an EPA number <br /> This facility has 2 EPA ID numbers. Investigate and inactivate second <br /> 11 N number. <br /> R Inactivated number, copy of faxed request to DTSC inactivating EPA <br /> CAL000181900 attached. <br /> V Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> 1. Roadway in front of alum tank farm has large stain. <br /> N 2. Turbine raw water pumps have oil staining and absorbents not <br /> containerized. <br /> 12 3.
