(see #10, <br /> 1 above) <br /> R See #10, 1 above and ghoto#1 b, #2b, #3b <br /> V Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 90 days. <br /> 19 N 250 gallon waste oil tank accumulation start date of Jan 2008. <br /> R See work order 427866, 90 gallons waste oil removed by Evergreen on <br /> June 12, 2008 <br /> V Failed to retain onsite hazardous waste tank assessment. <br /> N In process,provide copy when complete. <br /> 64 Retained the services of Condor Earth Technologies, who are in the process <br /> R of doing the Hazardous Waste Tank assessments. Will provide follow up <br /> letter. <br /> V An empty haz mat. container was not labeled as empty and managed within <br /> one year of being emptied. <br /> 1. Several used chemical poly tanks . . . label empty and dispose of or <br /> N provide triple rinsing receipt. <br /> 91 2. Empty 30 gal container in generator room. <br /> 1. We are in the process of getting quotations from Clean Harbors, PARC <br /> R Environmental and Evergreen to triple rinse or dispose of tanks. Will provide <br /> follow up letter. <br /> 2. Empty container removed. <br /> MUD Stores Facility— CAL EPA#CAL000039581 (under RWCF) <br /> Item Violation- Citation of non-compliance <br /> # Notes - Inspector's notes about what specific item(s) are non-compliant <br /> Response - Cit v of Stockton, MUD response to non-compliant item. <br /> V Failed to determine if a waste is a hazardous waste. <br /> 1. Light ballasts are not universal waste if they contain PCB <br /> N 2. Broken lights in bone-yard <br /> 3. Large pile of used absorbent next to gate in equipment yard. <br /> 10 1. Started haz waste accumulation for PCB containing ballasts. See photo <br /> #7a and #7b <br /> R 2. Not yet cleaned up. Will follow up. <br /> 3. Absorbent removed, see manifest #002390049JJK June 20, 2008, see <br /> photo #8b , <br /> _V Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> 12 N Piece of equipment leaked oil onto the ground in equipment yard <br /> R Absorbed oil and removed spent absorbent, staining of asphalt will be steam <br /> cleaned. Will continue to follow up. <br /> 15 V I Spill control equipment, and/or decontamination equipment not provided. <br />
