Miner, Stockton <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, o om <br />This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection con uc ed at the referenced facility by San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br />Comply: 7,8,11,20,27,30,50,60,63,79,82,83,84,85,999 <br />7. Hazardous Waste determination is required for the oily liquid within a metal bath and an 1 -gallon <br />bottle of unknown behind bath against the south wall of the car -lot, and a 5 -gallon bucket of greenish <br />liquid on the lower shelf inside the garage. <br />-- Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage accordingly. <br />* Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each <br />accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of <br />Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this <br />waste was managed by July 23, 2011. <br />8. This facility does not have a valid EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste. <br />-- A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, <br />hazardous waste without an EPA ID number. <br />* Immediately obtain an EPA ID number to manage hazardous waste and submit evidence to the EHD <br />by July 23, 2011. A form has been provided. <br />11. Absorbent at the car lot, signs of oil leak beneath engine parts in the garage and car lot, and oil leak <br />to car lot from truck -bed. --Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, <br />explosion, or release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health <br />or the environment. <br />* Immediately clean up the above wastes and manage according to Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations. Submit a statement and documentation how this waste was managed by July 23, 2011. <br />20 & 50. No hazardous waste label on the following: 55 -gallon drum of used oil in the garage, 55 -gallon <br />drum of used oil in the shed, and two 5 -gallon buckets of used oil outside the garage door. <br />-- All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste", 2. name and address of generator, 3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state, 5. composition (contents),6. accumulation start date <br />* Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information.
