The two 55 -gallon drums of used oil and one 5 -gallon bucket of used oil referenced in Item #20/50 <br />above were not closed. <br />-- All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all times except when adding or removing waste. <br />Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed when not <br />adding or removing waste. Submit evidence of correction to EHD by July 23, 2011. <br />30. One 55 -gallon empty container of hazardous waste or hazardous material by the south wall of lot. <br />-- Containers larger than five gallons that previously held a hazardous material shall be marked with the <br />date they were emptied and managed within one year of being emptied. <br />* Immediately mark and manage all empty containers per this section, and submit evidence of <br />correction to EHD by July 23, 2011. <br />60 & 63. No hazardous waste disposal records. <br />-- Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and <br />all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily <br />available for review. <br />* Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for the last three years, maintain them on site, <br />and submit copies to the EHD by July 23, 2011. <br />79,82,83,84. Four Universal Waste fluorescent lamps against the south wall of the lot, and one waste <br />CRT and one waste circuit board on the shelves inside the garage were not containerized, marked to <br />identify the type of universal waste, or the initial date of accumulation. <br />-- Universal Wastes shall be stored in a closed container that prevents breakage and release to the <br />environment, labeled to identify the type of Universal Waste and the initial date of accumulation, <br />managed within one year of storage, and retained a copy of the disposal receipt for at least 3 years on <br />site. <br />* Immediately dispose of the above Universal Waste - lamps and submit a copy of the disposal <br />receipt to EHD by July 23, 2011. <br />85.
