Schedule of Violations <br />Illegal Disposal and Transportation: <br />1. ACME violated Health and Safety Code (HSC), Section <br />25250.5(a), in that on or about May 25, 1993, and <br />approximately three years prior to this date, ACME <br />disposed or caused disposal of hazardous waste (HW) at <br />an unauthorized point, to wit: ACME disposed of waste <br />oil into a storm drain. <br />2. Acme violated HSC, Section 25250.5(a), in that on or <br />about May 25, 1993, and approximately three years prior <br />to this date, ACME disposed or caused disposal of HW at <br />an unauthorized point, to wit: ACME offered waste oil <br />to its employees to be transferred off-site. <br />3. ACME violated HSC, Section 25201(a), in that on or <br />about May 25, 1993, and approximately three years <br />previous to this date, ACME disposed HW without a <br />permit or authorization, to wit: ACME disposed of <br />waste oil into a sump without a permit or <br />authorization. <br />41V <br />I s <br />.. <br />Prmfed on ROCKIed Paper <br />
