ACME violated Title 22, CCR, Section 66265.55, in that <br />on or about May 25, 1993, ACME failed to have an <br />emergency coordinator either on the premises or on-call <br />at all times, to wit: ACME did not have an emergency <br />coordinator. <br />Personnel Training <br />23.
