Main, Stockton Inspection <br />Name: ppy Address: Date: y Ma 1, 2012 <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, MIN -Notice to Com I <br />This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to <br />Comply: 108, 122, 125, 127, 128, 301, 605/701, 611, 804, 807, 808, 809, 812 <br />108. The following wastes require hazardous waste determination: <br />o Two 5 -gallon buckets of solid waste from two Reform grinders in the shop. <br />o Five 5 -gallon buckets of unknown liquid in the alley behind shop. <br />o Liquid in two sumps in the alley behind shop; sumps are no longer in use according to generator. <br />o Metal shavings under grinder in shop. <br />Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. <br />Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, <br />or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title <br />22. Please be aware that size of hazardous metal particles must be determined before they can be <br />recycled as scrap metal. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if the <br />metal is determined to be a hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation <br />explaining how this waste was managed by June 1, 2012. <br />122 & 125. Only one copy of hazardous waste disposal record for 2011 was available for inspection <br />when there should be more based on interview. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all <br />manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure <br />on site for three years and have them readily available for review.
