Main, Stockton Inspection Name: ppy Address: Date: y Ma 1, 2012 SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS CLASS I, CLASS II, MIN -Notice to Com I This is a report of the Routine hazardous waste inspection conducted at the referenced facility by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The following are Minor Violations - Notice to Comply: 108, 122, 125, 127, 128, 301, 605/701, 611, 804, 807, 808, 809, 812 108. The following wastes require hazardous waste determination: o Two 5 -gallon buckets of solid waste from two Reform grinders in the shop. o Five 5 -gallon buckets of unknown liquid in the alley behind shop. o Liquid in two sumps in the alley behind shop; sumps are no longer in use according to generator. o Metal shavings under grinder in shop. Generator shall make hazardous waste determination of the waste and manage the waste accordingly. Immediately make a hazardous waste determination of the above wastes and manage each accordingly, or dispose of the waste as hazardous waste in accordance to California Code of Regulations (CCR) Title 22. Please be aware that size of hazardous metal particles must be determined before they can be recycled as scrap metal. Particles 100 microns or smaller must be handled as hazardous waste if the metal is determined to be a hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed by June 1, 2012. 122 & 125. Only one copy of hazardous waste disposal record for 2011 was available for inspection when there should be more based on interview. Hazardous waste generators shall retain copies of all manifests signed off by the disposal facility and all receipts used in a consolidated manifesting procedure on site for three years and have them readily available for review. Immediately locate a copy of all manifests and receipts for 2011 - maintain them on site, and submit copies to the EHD by June 1, 2012, ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE.
