Bills of lading or manifest of spent lead acid batteries for the last three years were not found on site. <br />A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of <br />all bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to <br />the EHD by June 1, 2012. <br />128. Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. A <br />copy of each bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Immediately locate a copy of all <br />bills of lading for used oil filters for the last three years, maintain them on site, and submit copies to the <br />EHD by June 1, 2012. <br />301. Broken pieces of fluorescent lamps were observed on the ground in the alley behind shop. <br />Facilities shall be maintained and operated to minimize the possibility of a fire, explosion, or release of <br />hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />Immediately clean up and dispose of the above waste in accordance to Title 22 hazardous waste <br />regulations. Submit a statement and supporting documentation explaining how this waste was managed <br />by June 1, 2012. <br />605 & 701. No accumulation start date on a 55 -gallon drum of solid waste, and accumulation start date <br />on two 55 -gallon drums of used oil could not be determined since the writing had faded. All hazardous <br />waste containers shall be marked with the following information: <br />1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br />2. name and address of generator <br />3. hazardous properties <br />4. physical state <br />5. composition (contents) <br />6. accumulation start date <br />Immediately label these containers and ensure that all containers are marked with all the required <br />information. Since accumulation start date could not be determined, these containers are therefore <br />considered to have been on site longer than 180 days. Immediately contact a licensed hazardous waste <br />hauler to dispose of this waste under manifest and submit a copy of the manifest to the EHD by June 1, <br />2012. <br />611. Accumulation start date of the drained used oil filter drum is 7/20/2010. Facilities that generate up <br />to one ton of used oil filters per year may store the filters up to one year.
