Currently
Richard Gregory from Safety-Kleen has been to Inertia Engineering warehouse and has begun
the process of removing the waste. Richard can be reached at 916-386-4999 if need be.
In the next few days Inertia Engineering will be signing a contract with Safety-Kleen and they
will become Inertia's representative in regards to all Hazardous Material from that point on. Due
to having the deadline approaching and being informed by Richard that he may not be able to
remove the material prior to the deadline, I am requesting an extension on behalf of Inertia to
have the one item in regards to receipts of current disposal be postponed until he can remove the
hazardous material.
At the time the contract is received and the hazardous material is removed, I will forward all
documents to the attention of Jeff Wong.
Now the list:
7) Inertia has determined the contents of all drums and has properly labeled each with a standard
Yellow Hazardous Waste labels as required as well as stenciling each with RED letters that
indicate what they.
