60 & 63 Both Rick and I searched the entire warehouse and could not find any documentation <br />in regards to Hazardous Waste Disposal. The only documentation obtained is from the most <br />recent removal of Hazardous Waste. A copy of the manifest is included with this letter. Going <br />forward, it will be George Welker's responsibility in conjunction with Safety-Kleen to keep all <br />documentation on file in the Accounting Department. <br />Side Note* * When Richard was here on his first visit he requested our MSDS log. It took me <br />several hours but I was able to locate the binder. It is now placed in our receptionist area and all <br />employees have been notified of its location. <br />82, 83, 84) As of 02-11-11, Inertia Engineering has begun and will continue to monitor all <br />Hazardous Material with more attention and detail. With Safety-Kleen's expertise and <br />knowledge as a leader in Hazardous Waste, Inertia will move forward and be in compliance with <br />all County & State regulations. <br />85) See #60 & #63 above. <br />Once again, upon signing the contract with Safety-Kleen and them removing all of the current <br />Hazardous Waste on site, I will forward copies of those documents to your attention. <br />Richard has estimated that this will be done sometime prior to 03-18-11. If in fact this does not <br />occur, I will have him personally contact you and explain why not and when it will be done. <br />Also included with this letter are 5 pictures.
