60 & 63 Both Rick and I searched the entire warehouse and could not find any documentation
in regards to Hazardous Waste Disposal. The only documentation obtained is from the most
recent removal of Hazardous Waste. A copy of the manifest is included with this letter. Going
forward, it will be George Welker's responsibility in conjunction with Safety-Kleen to keep all
documentation on file in the Accounting Department.
Side Note* * When Richard was here on his first visit he requested our MSDS log. It took me
several hours but I was able to locate the binder. It is now placed in our receptionist area and all
employees have been notified of its location.
82, 83, 84) As of 02-11-11, Inertia Engineering has begun and will continue to monitor all
Hazardous Material with more attention and detail. With Safety-Kleen's expertise and
knowledge as a leader in Hazardous Waste, Inertia will move forward and be in compliance with
all County & State regulations.
85) See #60 & #63 above.
Once again, upon signing the contract with Safety-Kleen and them removing all of the current
Hazardous Waste on site, I will forward copies of those documents to your attention.
Richard has estimated that this will be done sometime prior to 03-18-11. If in fact this does not
occur, I will have him personally contact you and explain why not and when it will be done.
Also included with this letter are 5 pictures. Each is numerically listed in the upper left corner.
They are samples of what actions have been taken as of the date of this letter.
Picture (1) All emptied containers that are being reused or recycled have been placed on pallets
(except one which is going to be moved in front of one of the machines) and moved to a location
that is not used in normal business activities.
Picture (2) Indicates the proper labeling that is now used on all containers that contain Hazardous
Waste Material.
Picture (3) Is a close up of the information that has been written on all Hazardous Waste
Containers.
Picture (4) A newer label that is being used also for Hazardous Waste Containers.
Picture (5) Shows the stenciling of containers that are currently in use showing what each
container contains.
Thank you,
George Welker
Inertia Engineering
Accounting Manager
209-931-1670
gwelker@inertiaworks.com
