Observed closing of 55-gallon used oil drum. All hazardous waste containers shall be closed at all <br /> times except when adding or removing waste. Immediately close these containers and ensure all <br /> hazardous waste containers are closed when not adding or removing waste. <br /> 605. Observed labelling of a 55-gallon drum of used oil (last removed in August 2014 by American <br /> Waste Oil) as required under HSC 66262.34(f). All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with <br /> the following information: <br /> 1. the words "Hazardous Waste" <br /> 2. name and address of generator <br /> 3. hazardous properties <br /> 4. physical state <br /> 5. composition (contents) <br /> 6. accumulation start date <br /> 703. Observed posting of an emergency coordinator and modified contingency plan information during <br /> this inspection.
