OK, as for the EPA numbers the D.O. has two active numbers for your site(see Attached). One <br />is the CAD and the other is the CAH. The CAH should have been cancelled I would assume years ago. Denise actual <br />caught the use of the EPA sometime after this pick up and we deleted it from our system. So we will no longer us it but it <br />should be deactivated. We can write a manifest discrepancy if needed. Please let me know what you would like done. <br />As for the waste that was removed as NON-RCRA hazardous waste liquid. This was from the clean out of the double <br />containment area where the hazardous waste is stored at the D.O. after a large rain and it had leaking containers in it. I <br />have attached some pictures. We came out an cleaned and pressure washed the area and decontaminated it.
