M E H After the Event If facility is damaged and it is safe to evacuate, relocate all associates and customers away from the building to the designated safe assembly area. • Follow the direction of local emergency authorities. • Return to store only after authorized by local officials and the integrity of the structure has not been compromised. • Use the telephone only for emergency calls. Telephone lines are frequently overwhelmed in disaster situations. They need to be clear for emergency calls to get through. • Keep associates and customers out of the facility. • Contact Facilities or the Field Construction Manager for assistance. The Field Construction Manager will coordinate emergency response and determine when and how the building may be entered. Unit manager mandatory notification: 1.
