JOB DESCRIPTION <br /> MARCH 27, 2014 <br /> Employee Name: J 8fr <br /> Job Title: Mixer, liquid or powder <br /> Required Education:None <br /> Required Skills: Able to read and speak English. Proficient with basic math skills, <br /> addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Able to safely operate a forklift and <br /> handle heavy objects. Able to follow directions. <br /> Duties: Identify and retrieve raw materials as specified in pre-printed batch sheets. Check <br /> to make sure any partial drum has been used before opening a new drum. Mix liquid or <br /> powder detergents following a pre-printed batch sheet. Accurately weigh each item. <br /> Return raw materials to appropriate location(corrosive, oxidizer, flammable). Wash any <br /> residue off empty drums and secure closure bungs before moving them outside to empty <br /> drum storage area. <br /> Return completed batch sheet when submitting product sample to QC Department. <br /> Accurately note any additions or spills on batch sheet. <br /> Watch stock levels and notify supervisor when levels are at reorder point. <br /> Wear chemical resistant boots, rubber gloves, safety glasses and any other safety <br /> equipment provided by Value Products at all times while performing their job. <br /> Responsible for meeting all safety standards and policies. <br /> Training: Before starting duties, each employee will complete safety training and be <br /> issued safety equipment. See attachment A. <br />
