We specialize in cleaning of uniforms, mats, mops, wipers, and <br />other textile rental items. If no one is available to <br />accept the telephone notification, call the Municipal Service Center 209-937-8341, which is <br />available twenty-four hours a day. <br />When reporting any discharge incident over the telephone (initial reporting requirement), give <br />the following information. <br />1. Name and telephone number of person making the report; <br />2. Name and address of the facility; <br />3. Date and time the accident took place; <br />4. Brief description of the incident; <br />5. Estimated quantity of material involved/extent of contamination; <br />6. Extent of injuries if any. <br />
