Benjamin Holt Dr., Stockton. <br /> Your application for permit to activate the former methanol tank at above location has <br /> been approved with following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact Fire Department for permit. <br /> 2. Overfill prevention device, OPW 61-SO-4, shall be positioned at 90 % of tank <br /> capacity. <br /> 3. Contact Michael Kith of EHD for the following inspections: <br /> a. Primary tank and piping inspection. <br /> b. Secondary tank and piping inspection. <br /> c. 24 hours lake test on sumps. <br /> d. Monitoring system inspection prior to placing gasoline in the tank and line. <br /> e. Final inspection. <br /> 4. Perform precision test on tank and manifold piping and submit result to EHD prior to <br /> scheduling final inspection. <br /> 5.
