Enclosed are the following documents for your <br /> review and approval: <br /> 1. One (1)copy of equipment documentation for material item numbers 2, 3, and 155 <br /> 2. One (1) copy of 3rd-party approval letter for spill containers certified by State Registered <br /> Professional Engineer <br /> 3. Three (3)copies of revised plan Sheet T-1 with a revised note number 15 <br /> The following outline provides each of your comments in italics exactly as written, along with a narrative <br /> response describing how each comment was addressed: <br /> For items#2, 3, & 155, please provide cut sheets with UL or 3rd party certification. <br /> Response: Additional literature with UL label has been provided for the Containment Solutions <br /> tank sumps and Bravo vent transition sump <br /> Item #95 has a different model#listed versus the cut sheet provided. Please clarify. <br /> Response: The item in question has a part number of "8382-F2L-BD-AB-EO-CO-06". This <br /> containment sump is a UL listed `88000" series sump manufactured by Bravo. The "8382" refers <br /> to a B8000 series sump with mounting frame configured specifically for "Gilbarco Encore." The <br /> "F2L-B" refers to a Large Fiberglass box with 2 product shear valve support bars. The "D-AB-EO" <br /> refers to a double wall sump with hydrostatic monitoring system, and electrical offset frame.
