SR0078457 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of the <br /> application for a permit to replace each float and chain system with standalone Veeder-Root liquid <br /> sensors, in all wells that held a float and that will monitor product lines, in all Under Dispenser <br /> Containment (UDC) sumps of the Underground Storage Tank (UST) system at the above noted address. <br /> The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for any <br /> applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. A 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments. Please be aware that inspections for <br /> emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit approval. <br /> • Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system for all Under Dispenser <br /> Containment sensors must be verified to ensure that monitoring has been restored to <br /> meet the requirements of Title 23 California Code of Regulations and the Health & <br /> Safety Code. <br /> 4. The tank owner or operator shall log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br /> at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, update and submit the "UST Monitoring Plan" for the tanks. <br /> 5. If concrete will be broken near the tank a secondary containment test must be performed on the <br /> affected USTs once concrete is poured in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. <br /> 6. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br /> current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br /> issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual by <br /> the State Water Board, and <br /> 1868 E.
