Possesses a valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the <br /> component(s) being tested, repaired, or serviced. <br /> 7. Individuals installing underground storage tank system components must possessor work under <br /> the direct and personal supervision of an individual physically present at the work site who <br /> possesses all of the following: <br /> a. A valid, current contractor's license issued by the Contractors State License Board, and <br /> b. A valid current UST Installation/Retrofitting certificate issued by the International Code <br /> Council (ICC), and <br /> c. A valid, current certificate of training from the manufacturer(s) of the component(s) being <br /> installed. <br /> 8. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as required <br /> by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API,ASTM, etc.). See California Code of Regulations (CCR) <br /> Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 9. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
