The information on this monitoring <br />program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Ioaquin County <br />Environmental Health Division. phone (209) 46&:5420 within 30 days of any changes m the monitoring <br />procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br />Required by Sections 2632(d) and 2641(h) CCR <br />Facility Name DSS COMPANY <br />Facility Address 655 WEST CLAY STREET, STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br />1. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and properly <br />disposing of any hazardous substances: <br />DSS COMPANY HAS IN ITS POSSESSION THE ABILITY TO DIKE AND SPONGE <br />IIP ANY LEAKS THAT MIGHT CAUSE CONTAMINATION TO THE STORM DRAINS. <br />HOWEVER THE DISPOSAL OF SUCH ITEMS ARE TO BE CONDUCTED BY A LICENSED CONTRACTOR <br />SPECIALIZING IN THE OFF HAUL AND REMOVAL OF SUCH ITEMS. <br />3. Describe the location and availability of the required cleanup equipment in item 2 <br />above: <br />CLEANUP EQUIPMENT IS LOCATED IN THE SHOP AND ON EACH FO `S TRUCK. <br />4.
