WRITTEN MONITORING PROCEDUM <br />UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING-__ PROF M <br />This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The inl+ormaton `dh nitoring <br />program are conditions of the operating permit.
