R. • <br />UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK MONITORING PROGRAM <br />This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring <br />program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Division, phone (209) 468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring <br />procedures, unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br />Required by Sections 2632(4) and 2641(h) CCR. <br />Facility Name Country Club Exxon <br />I. If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be cleaned up? <br />Note: If released hazardous substances reach the environment, increase the fire or <br />explosion hazard, are not cleaned up from the secondary containment within 8 hours, <br />or deteriorate the secondary containment, then San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health Division must be notified within 24 hours: <br />Use absorbant to soak up spill. Store used absorbant in 50 gallon drum, <br />have product tested and removed as full. If release is too large to handle <br />with absorbant - fire dept will be notified. <br />2. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and properly <br />disposing of any hazardous substances: <br />SafeW& Kl eep abs rb t ;431 be.-tjsed to gacnl i ne 9 diesel and <br />anti freeze. Used product will be dumped into a 50 gallon drum, whir <br />will be emptied as needed. <br />3.
