A complete description of the work performed must be submitted prior to <br />scheduling the final inspection. <br />2. If any portion of the UST or UST system is to be repaired or replaced this <br />department must be notified so that an inspection can be arranged and parts can be <br />approved prior to commencing work. Per Environmental Health Assessment of <br />findings, new plans and a permit application may be required to be submitted. <br />3. Sampling may be necessary per Environmental Health assessment. <br />4. A tank integrity test must be performed by a certified tank tester prior to the final <br />inspection. <br />5. Arrange a final inspection with this office prior to returning this station to full <br />service.
