The leak detector for the 87 tank is a FE Petro STP-MLD. The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). Immediately log into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. This is a minor violation. 204 CCR 2712(1) Current monitoring plan approved by the EHD not found on site.
