The following items were noted during your inspection: <br /> 1.) Annular Sensors were too short to reach bottom of tank and 3 Leak <br /> Detectors failed during the test. Tanknology will be replacing the <br /> defective equipment and contacting you about a retest. <br /> 2.) Tank stick in found in 87 tank. A technician was dispached and Tank <br /> Stick was removed on 7/18/02. <br /> 3.) An updated monitoring plan is enclosed per your request. <br /> 4.) Maintenance Records were requested for the monitoring equipment <br /> for the last 12 months. The only maintenance that has been done on <br /> the monitoring equipment is the annual monitoring certification. <br /> This is the only maintenance required by the manufacturer.
