Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Continuous monitoring. <br /> Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detectors and sump sensors perform continuous monitoring on product lines. <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes have float switch that trips impact valve. <br /> 2. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model,will be using for performing the monitoring: <br /> Tank: Gilbarco EMC monitors the annular spaces. <br /> Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detector and Gilbarco EMC <br /> Dispenser Containment: Bravo Boxes monitored continuously. <br /> 3. Describe the location(s)where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan should be attached): <br /> Gilbarco EMC annular space and sump sensors on tanks. Gilbarco EMC control panel in storage <br /> area. <br /> 4. Reporting format for monitoring: <br /> Tank: Gilbarco EMC gives visual and audible warning. Manager records daily on inspection log. <br /> Piping: Gilbarco EMC gives visual and audible warnings. The Red Jacket leak detector goes into slow flow. <br /> 6. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: maintenance must be in <br /> accordance with the manufacturers'maintenance schedule but not less than every 12 months. <br /> Preventative maintenance on all equipment is in accordance with the manufacturers' instructions. All <br /> product lines, leak detectors, and monitoring equipment are tested on an annual basis. <br /> 7.
