June 14, 1996 <br />This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this <br />monitoring program are conditions of the operating permit. The permit holder must notify San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring procedures, <br />unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br />Required by Sections 2632(d) and 2641(h) CCR- <br />Facility <br />CR <br />Facility Name: Beacon Station #1-641 <br />Facility Address: 1210 East Hammer Lane, Stockton, CA 95210 <br />1. Describe the frequency of performing the monitoring: <br />Tank: Continuous <br />Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detectors perform continuous monitoring on product lines. <br />2. What methods and equipment, identified by name and model, will be used for performing the <br />monitoring: <br />Tank: Gilbarco EMC <br />Piping: Red Jacket Leak Detector <br />3. Describe the location(s) where the monitoring will be performed (facility plot plan should be attached): <br />Monitoring will be performed in the annular space around the tanks. <br />4. List the name(s) and title(s) of the people responsible for performing the monitoring <br />and/or maintaining the equipment: <br />Valorie Gilleland Station Manager <br />Don Marcetti Zone Manager <br />Nita Dolan Division Manager <br />5. Reporting format for monitoring: <br />Tank: An audible and visual alarm alerts a problem. <br />Piping: Leak detectors go into slow now. <br />6. Describe the preventative maintenance schedule for the monitoring equipment. Note: Maintenance <br />must be in accordance with the manufacturers' maintenance schedule but not less than every 12 <br />months. Preventative maintenance on all equipment is in accordance with the manufacturers' <br />instructions. All product lines, leak detectors, and monitoring_ equipment are tested on an annual <br />basis. <br />7. Describe the training necessary for the operation of UST system, including piping, and the monitoring <br />equipment: All station managers are trained by a certified technician on the operations of the TLS <br />and leak detectors. The station manager then trains all station personnel on the operations of the <br />equipment. <br />
