Smith Fiberglass Products <br />Sump Adapter <br />Pipe entries through sump walls <br />should be sealed tight to prevent <br />product from escaping out in the <br />event of a spill and water egress <br />into the sump. Our fiberglass sump <br />adapter is designed to serve both <br />purposes. <br />There are two preferred meth- <br />ods for installing the Smith Fiber- <br />glass Products sump adapter. <br />The following instructions should <br />be followed when installing the <br />Smith Fiberglass Products sump <br />adapter. <br />Step 1 <br />Saw and deburr hole in sump. <br />r LUBE FACE OF NUT <br />INU I <br />SUMP WALL Option B - Apply 1/2" beads of <br />Silaprene sealant or any RTV sili- <br />cone caulk all around, located as <br />shown by the arrows. <br />"A" DIA.
