Hammer Lane, Stockton <br />The permit to retrofit the existing piping and to tie into the existing diesel line at the above referenced <br />location is approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution for their permit requirements. <br />2. Samples must be taken and analyzed as stated on pages 4 and 5 of the permit application. <br />3. All removed piping will be decontaminated prior to removal. <br />4. A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed on the diesel tank and results <br />received prior to scheduling the final inspection <br />5. A third party certified piping line tightness test must be performed and results prior to <br />scheduling the final inspection. <br />6. If automatic pump shut down is provided it must satisfy all conditions listed in section 2636(g) <br />of California Code of Regulations (CCR). <br />7. All piping and connections shall bear a UL label. <br />8. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible and visual alarm. <br />9. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br />10. All monitoring equipment must be listed in LG -113. <br />11. Contact EHD for the following inspections: <br />a. Soil sampling under the dispensers and for the piping that is to be removed. <br />b. Primary piping inspection <br />�- c. Secondary piping inspection <br />d. 24 hour lake test on dispenser pans <br />e. Final inspection <br />12. Any changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br />commencing work. <br />13. See permit application for any additional changes. <br />14. A final inspection must be performed prior to this returning this station to operation. <br />15. Submit an As -Built plan to EHD at the time of the final inspection.
